She was predeceased by: her husband David J. Majka. She is survived by: her children, David (Kristin) of Plymouth, James of Kingston and Jennifer of Boston; her grandchildren, Matthew, Elisa, Charlotte, Olivia and Addison; and her brother Anastasios Velarides of New Jersey.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Cranberry Hospice.
