It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nikolaus Volker Decker of Plymouth, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 14, 2025, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Decker and Gabriele Decker; and his mother-in-law Priscilla Vining. He is survived by: his wife Holly Edwards Decker; his sons, Jackson and Kai Decker of Plymouth; his brother Harry; his sister-in-law Marianne Decker of Rochester, NH; his sisters, Bernadette (Bob Leonard) of Bartlett, NH and Andrea; his brother-in-law Michael Katapodis of Brockton, MA; and his siblings, Wolfgang (Evelyn Decker) of Brockton, MA and Elisa Mello of Pembroke.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Cartmell - Davis Funeral Home (373 Court St, Plymouth, MA 02360).
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to The Pat Roche Hospice House, 86 Turkey Hill Lane, Hingham, Massachusetts 02043 in Nick's memory.
