She is survived by: her daughter Susan Harwich (Joyce Girard) of Abington; her grandchildren, Kristen Chandnoit, Deidre McCarthy (Jack McCarthy), Jillian Harwich (Dan Stowell), Andrew Harwich (Jenni Hall), Robert Girard (Alexis Girard) and Kelly Girard (Corey Murray); her great grandchildren, Jonathon, Ethan Chandnoit, Declan, Shaelyn, Laney McCarthy, Cecilia, Austin Stowell, Hailey Harwich, Remington, Vanna Girard and Maddison Apromollo; her brother Anthony "Tony" Creonte (late Joan Creonte); and her sister-in-law Pamela Creonte.
