He was predeceased by: his wife Agnes McIntosh (Russo). He is survived by: his children, Corinne McCarthy (Francis) of Norwood, Marifrances McIntosh (Christopher Coon), Elizabeth Gladyszak (Joseph) of Billerica and Arthur P. "Chip" McIntosh (John Heaney) of Quincy; his grandchildren, Christopher, Mark, Lisa, Matthew, Nicholas, Erin, Andrew, Kate, Laurie and Colby; his stepgrandchildren, Aaron and Mya; and his pet Batman. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, many nieces & nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Arthur may be made to Friends of the National World War II Memorial, 921 Pennsylvania Avenue SE, Suite 316, Washington, DC 20003.
