It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Catherine McDowell of Quincy, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 13, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn J. McNeil (Donald) and Gerald E. McNeil, Sr.; and her sister Sandra "Sandy" Mallard of Charlestown. She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda McLaughlin (Eugene) of Whitman, Jeanette Castonguay (James) of Hingham and Pamela Brunelle of Quincy; her grandchildren, Owen Joseph, Colin Scott, Luke Theodore McLaughlin, Chloe Elizabeth Brunelle, Matthew James and Benjamin John Castonguay; and her brother Gerald "Jerry" E McNeil, Jr. of Quincy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Masks must be worn for all services and social distancing guidelines practiced. Visiting hours will be private due to COVID-19 restrictions.
