He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl B. Andrew (Mullaney) and Thomas C. Andrew; and his brother Paul W. He is survived by: his children, Stacey H. DiPietro (Eric) of Whitman and Devan P. Andrew (James Hall) of Quincy; his siblings, Carol D. O'Neil (late Nicholas) of Weymouth and F. D.; his wife Kathleen of New Hampshire; and also Nancy C. Andrew (Campbell) of Quincy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many loyal friends.
