He is survived by: his wife Jane Johnston (Connaughton); his sons, Steven D. Johnston of Quincy and David A. Johnston (AnnMarie) of Quincy; his grandchildren, Kendra Johnston of Quincy, Sophia Johnston of Quincy, Gabrielle Johnston of Quincy and Mckayla Johnston of Portland, Maine.; and his cousins, Beverly Zitting (Roy) of Utah, Betty Osborne (Robert) of Arizona and Ellen Bassicia (Frank) of Pennsylvania.
