He was predeceased by: his parents, Ricardo Rizal and Margarita Rizal; and his siblings, Isidro Rizal, Rudolfo Rizal, Anita Rejuso, Diosdado Rizal and Cesar Rizal.
He is survived by: his daughters, Belina (Tanju Tercanli) of Summerville, SC and Wilma (Mark Bilton) of Duxbury; his siblings, Cecilio Rizal, Benedicto Rizal, Emilita Mendoza and Zenaida Hernandez; his wife Lolita (Domingo); and his granddaughter Wilma.
