He was predeceased by: his sister Margaret Roche. He is survived by: his wife Catherine T. "Kay" (McCarthy); his son James J.; his grandchildren, Courtney (Ceurvels), James, Sean, Jack, Kerry (Keeler), Brian, Andrew, Kevin and Colleen Morrissey; and his sister Mary McCutcheon. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
