He was predeceased by: his sibling Sal Gulizia. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Gulizia; his children, Patricia Swanson of Quincy and Anthony Gulizia of Quincy; and his siblings, Louis Gulizia, Mary Souza and Josephine Matroni. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
