He was predeceased by: his wife Julia M. (Guerriero); and his brother Roger V. Scannell of Maine. He is survived by: his children, Julia M. Anderson (late Stephen) of Saugus, Diane M. Hanson (late Ray) of Hollis, NH, William J. (Diane Scannell) of Quincy and Kathleen J. O'Brien (late Patrick) of Abington; his grandchildren, Eric, Tamara, Jill, Nathan, Erin, Patrick, Michael, Jaclyn, Sean, Casey and Kelly; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Haylee, Leif, Raven, Imogen, Cheyenne, Charlotte and Stella; and his friends, Joe Collis and Paul Suplee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
