He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lawrence Manning Sr. and Julia Frances (Lee); and his siblings, Timothy Manning and Mary Evans. He is survived by: his wife Karen "Charlene" Manning (Graff); his children, Terrence J. Manning of Quincy and Shawn M. Manning of Quincy; and his siblings, Susie Sullivan of Florida, Marty Manning of Maine, Robert Manning of Weymouth, Judi Postell of Abington, Steven Manning of Kingston and James "Jay" Manning of West Roxbury. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
