She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband James M. Collyer; her children, Joan (Earl McDonald) of Braintree, Margaret Chappell of Holbrook, James (Maryellen Collyer) of Quincy, Michael (Joanne Collyer) of Rockland, Carol (Michael Rowan) of Everett, Elaine (Kevin Monahan) of Dorchester, Kathie (Paul Shaughnessey) of Dorchester, Barbara (late Mark Lawrence) of Winchendon, Stephen (late Suzanne Collyer) of Sharon and Christopher (Maryann Collyer) of Wakefield; her niece Alicia Jones of West Roxbury; and her sister Flora Stanton. She was also cherished by 31 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, many nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made in Margaret's name to the All Dorchester Sports League (ADSL).
