He was predeceased by: his parents, Giovanno Malvestuto and Angela Malvestuto; and his wife Antonietta M. "Antonia" Malvestuto (Marinilli). He is survived by: his children, Lucio A. Malvestuto of Quincy, Rita Maria Murphy (Daniel) of Quincy and Patricia A. Malvestuto of Norwell; and his granddaughters, Alicia and Maggie Murphy. He is also survived by six siblings and is survived by many nieces and nephews.
