He was predeceased by: his parents, Themistocles Karavites and Kalliope Karavites (Aravanis). He is survived by: his wife Christine Karavites (Chonis); his friend Koumbaro; his brothers, Esta, Yiannis, Yiota, Ilias, Andreas and Christos; his daughter Kalliope Micalizzi; his son-in-law David; his daughter Themistocles Karavites (Emilija); and his granddaughters, Kristina and Athena.
