He was predeceased by: his child Marites C. Gonzales. He is survived by: his wife Josefina Gonzales (Camelo); and his children, Raquel Isip (Oscar) of Quincy, Marilou Gonzales of Quincy, Vilma Landasan (Lemuel) of Quincy and Lovella G. Ternate (Nelson) of Quincy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
