He was predeceased by: his wife Shong Tai Chin. He is survived by: his children, Ru Yang (Sun Sue) and Si Fi (Sin Yang); his grandchildren, Darquin (Betty), Olivia (Yee Chen), Lisa (Frankie), Ellen (John), Winnie, Daryun (John), Michelle, Jennifer, Samantha (Wing) and Victoria (Greg); his great grandchildren, Alex, Abby, Kalvin, Kaden, Anthony, Benjamin, Isabelle, Alister, Ryan and Evelyn; and his godsons, Tommy and Kenny Chan.

In light of the current pandemic, funeral services will be private.
