Carrie B. Bowen Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carrie B. Bowen (Randolph, Massachusetts), born in Johnston, South Carolina, who passed away on July 23, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joshua Powell, Sr. and Allean Powell (Hamilton); her husband Ralph W. Bowen, Sr.; her son Donald Bowen; her son-in-law Walter Arnold; and her brother Joshua Powell.
She is survived by: her children, Donna R. Arnold of Stoughton and Ralph Bowen, Jr.; and her brothers, Roosevelt Powell (Sarah) of Chancellor, AL, Joseph Powell and Willis Cheatham. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, as well as, many nieces, nephews and friends.
In keeping with the Covid-19 guidelines, which include face coverings, social distancing and wait times in line due to temporary limited capacity, a visitation period will be held on Tuesday, August 4th, from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM immediately followed by a Private Funeral Service in the Cartwright Funeral Home, 419 No.
