He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Elkins and Jennie Elkins; his former wife Cissi Elkins (Greenberg); and his sisters, Ann Wolf (Bernard) and Beatrice Stroul (Irving).
He is survived by: his former wife Carole Elkins Levison; his children, Rhonda Elkins, Steven Elkins (Mary Anne) and Richard Elkins; his grandchildren, Jessica Hicks (Nate), Gregory Elkins (Hollie Badger) and Lilia Elkins; his great grandchild Jace; his sibling's children, Lauri Hyman, Harry, Carol Wolf, Marge Wolf and Neil Stroul (Leslie Tolf); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Scott, Laura, Evan, Gabe Hyman, Jeffrey Hyman, Dana, Brian, Connor, Noah Glenn, Adam, Toni and Corrine Stroul; and his close friend Saundra Levey.
Due to the pandemic, funeral services at Stanetsky Memorial Chapel will be strictly private.
