He is survived by: his wife Catherine M. Martin (Gagne); his child Kelly Martin; his mother-in-law Marie Gagne; his siblings, Wanda Manning (Roger), Billy Czolada (Sue), Jimmy Czolada (Laura) of Hanover, Boston and Denise Anderton of Norwell; and his godchildren, Daniel Manning of So, Boston and Scott Czolada. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Covid-19 precautions will include face coverings and social distancing.
