He was predeceased by: his son Michael Carvealle; his sibling Chris Carvealle; and his grandson Richard, Jr.. He is survived by: his significant other Maureen Carvealle (O'Leary); his children, Paul Carvealle (Lisa), Yarmouth, Mary Johnson (Richard) of Foxboro, Karen Carvealle (Mark Dare) of Randolph and Kim Techiera (Michael) of Foxboro; his siblings, Patrick Carvealle (Kathy) and Susan McCormack (Richard); his grandchildren, Kara, Nicole, Kelly, Taylor, Michael, Nicolas, Heather and Shawn; his great grandchildren, Ashlee, Hailey, Everleigh, Jacob and Aria; his godchildren, Jeffrey Cecil and Lifelong; and his friend Richard "Sonny" Ruggiero. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
