She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gaetano Calapai and Rose Calapai; her sister Maria Shea of Milton; her children, Kristen (Kevin Ryan) of Hanson, Teresa Abbett of Randolph and Bill MacDonald (Margaret Tufts) of Marshfield; her grandchildren, Nick, Megan, Chris Ryan, Casey and Cody Abbett; and her great grandchild Jameson. She was also cherished by cousins, nieces and a nephew.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Hellenic Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, 601 Sherman St., Canton, MA 02021.
