He was predeceased by: his parents, Erving Belitch and Thelma Belitch. He is survived by: his children, Matt of Norton and Jamie (Heather); his granddaughter Leah of Stoughton; his siblings, Barry of Randolph and Amy Baribeault; his niece Emily of North Reading; his brother Michael (Judi); and his siblings' children, Jerry, Samantha, Pam and Daniel Belitch of Florida.

Memorial donations may be made in his memory to the American Diabetes Association.
