He was predeceased by: his wife Helen L. Massa (Ricci); his son James R. Massa; and his parents, Anthony Massa and Agnes Massa (Cavagnaro). He is survived by: his sons, Stephen A. Massa (Tracey) of Weston and Robert F. Massa (Laura) of Waltham; and his grandchildren, Christina, Bobby, Lily and Bella.
