He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh L. Rance and Ina Williams of Jamaica, W. I.; his wife Norma E. Rance; and his brother Homer "Sweetie" Stanford. He is survived by: his sisters, Pearline Rance of Washington, DC and Marcia Smith (Lacey Smith) of New York; his children, Edmund Rance of Rockerby, Michael Rance of Boca Raton, Christopher Rance of Haverhill, MA, Natasha Andrews of Quincy, MA and Trevor Rance (Linda) of Dedham, MA.; and his grandchildren, Nia, Chelsea, Caitlin, Jalen, Josiah, Jessi, Jonah, Kailynn and Isaiah.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic funeral arrangements will be held at a later date, and in lieu of flowers please donate a food item to your local pantry in his name.
