He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Sletterink (Hendrikus) and Georgia Sletterink (Skaats) of Malden; his brothers, Robert and Donald; and his wife Marjorie (Hovey).
He is survived by: his children, Glenn (Lisa) of Wakefield, Carol Sandberg (Brian) of Reading, Roy (Patricia) of Reading and Boompa; and his grandchildren, Tim, Greg, Katelyn, Zachary, Bradley, Riley, Joel, Adam and Dan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
