She was predeceased by: her husband James B. Sheedy; her parents, Louis Truscello and Josephine (Genovese); and her sister Carmela "Millie" Tortora. She is survived by: her children, Michael Sheedy (Catherine) of Reading, James Sheedy (Olga Ianachino) of Oklahoma and Marie Higgins (Francis) of Reading; her sister Josephine Tabor; her grandchildren, Kaitlin Sheedy (Bill Goodrich), Caroline Sheedy (James Schortemeyer), Mikayla (Mike Rogers) and Kasey Higgins (Kevin Donohue); and her great grandchildren, Etta Sheedy Goodrich and Conor Sheedy Schortemeyer. She is also survived by married the love of her life, and raised her children.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the 100 Club of Massachusetts or the Boston Fire Department Relief Fund.
