He was predeceased by: his parent Everett T.; his spouse Margaret Blais (Drummond); and his sibling Barbara Russo. He is survived by: his parent Edna Blais (Ballou); his child Thomas D. Blais (Cathleen) of Reading; and his grandchildren, Zachary, Jacob and Katerina. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
