He was predeceased by: his spouse Jane E. Barry (Mahoney); and his sisters, Mary Fitzgerald and Catherine Barry. He is survived by: his parents, Francis Barry and Catherine Barry (Bolton). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers it was Franks wish to have his friends do an act of kindness to someone.
