She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Ciasullo and Ida Ciasullo (Pagliarulo); her spouse Francis Galvin; her son Thomas Galvin; and her sister Phyllis Villani.

She is survived by: her children, Diane Albano and Michael Galvin; and her siblings, Mary Puopolo and Nicholas Ciasullo. She is also survived by her two daughter-in-laws and many loving nieces and nephews.
