Costantino; her sons, Richard (Melissa) of Narragansett, RI and Paul (Melissa) of Clearwater Beach, FL.; her siblings, Valerie Shields, Lauren Stish (Mark), Gayle Scaramozza, Garry, Lorraine Ustach, Collette and William Grennon; her grandchildren, Justine Szypula, Kaitlyn Costantino (Alex), Drew Costantino, Courtney Costantino, Tyler Costantino, Ryan Costantino, Julia Costantino and Alyssa Costantino; her great grandchildren, Kaia and Caden Szypula; and her parents, Edwin Ustach and Irene "Renee" Ustach.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 23rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Buonfiglio Funeral Home (128 Revere St, Revere, MA 02151). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Anthony's Church (250 Revere St, Revere, MA 02151). An entombment will be held on Tuesday, December 23rd 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the Woodlawn Cemetery (302 Elm St, Everett, MA 02149).
