He is survived by : his parents, James P. Mantia and Theodora J. (Palermo); his girlfriend Farrah Forte of Saugus; his girlfriend's children, Lorenzo, Tia and Luke Keegan; his sisters, Doreen Steele of Revere, Jodi Mantia of Lynnfield and Deanne Mantia of East Boston; and his nieces and nephews, Nicole, Jenn of Chris, BJ, Brandon, Sienna, Saige, Christopher, Theresa, Lucy and Isla. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
