As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Osvaldo may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Osvaldo M. Garcia and Juana D. Garcia (Alvarez); and his grandson Devin Garcia. He is survived by: his children, Dominic Garcia (Denise Hernandez) of Danvers, April Garcia of Chelsea and Miguel Nieves of Peabody; his sister Ana Hernandez (Jorge) of Chelsea; and his sibling's children, Jacquelyn Baker (Joshua) and Alexander Hernandez.
A reception will be held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Welsh Funeral Home (718 Broadway, Chelsea, MA 02150).
