With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Marie Dean (Revere, Massachusetts), who passed away on May 30, 2019 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her son David P. Dean of Woburn; her siblings, Edward Dean, Robert Dean, Francis Dean, Virginia Mack and John Dean; and her grandchildren, David Dean, Jr., Jonathan Dean and Casey Dean.

In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to Chelsea Jewish Nursing Home Activities Fund.
