He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Janet Kincaid (Droukas) of Rockland; his parents, Pearl Kincaid (Raiche) of Quincy and Karl Kincaid; his son Jonathan Kincaid (Shari) of Weymouth; and his siblings, Karen (James LeGrande) and John (Bette Kincaid).
