She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Tlasek and Marie E. Tlasek (McKay); her husband Robert Lyons; her son Timothy; and her sister Marie Lorraine Burnham.
She is survived by: her children, John Slechta of Hull, Cheryl Mercer (Bob) of Pembroke, Robin Tlasek (Joanne) of Marshfield, Roseanna Chandler of Marshfield, Candace Burley of Buffalo, NY, Marilee Medico (Dominic) of Hanson, David Tlasek (Karen) of Sandwich, Suellen Nassour (Antione) of Southbridge and Jeffrey Tlasek; and her niece Karen Abbasi of Baltimore, MD.. She is also survived by 30 great-grandchildren.
