He was predeceased by: his father John Smith; and his brother Derek Rabideau. He is survived by: his mother Ruthann Smith (Whitman); his children, Jonathan Smith of New Hampshire, Devon, Madison Smith and Jonathon; and his siblings, Michael (Karen Rabideau) and Michelle (Hector Rodriguez). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
