He is survived by: his children, Stephan F. Metcalf of Barnstable, Deborah A. Leach (Metcalf) of Rockland and William S. Metcalf of Hanson; his siblings, William Metcalf and Fredrick Metcalf (Woody); and also, Gayle Metcalf of Kingston and Milly Metcalf of Rockland. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
