She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph; her son Neil; and her siblings, Gwendolyn Walsh, John Schofield, Roger Schofield and Paul Schofield.

She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Holland (Karen) of Marshfield, Joseph J. Holland III (Arlette) of Abington, Diane Murphy (Richard) of Hanover, Jane Barta (Fred) of Quincy and Melissa Damon (Edward) of Rockland. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
