He was predeceased by: his parents, Beatrice D'Acci and Joseph D'Acci. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Blaine D'Acci (Tasha) and Ashley D'Acci; his grandchildren, Emily, Blaine Jr. and Isaiah; and his siblings, Mike, Gary, Kathy, Jo-Anne and Joseph.
