He was loved and cherished by many people including: his former wife Rita Roberts; his wife Donna Blackmore; his children, Paul (Katie McNeil), Peter (Lori), Matthew (Sandy), Mark, Philip, Mary (Timothy Cresta), Maria (Jim Dougherty) and Patricia (Richard Metevier); and his sister Carol Isbister. He was also cherished by 13 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, with another one on the way; and numerous other family members and devoted friends.

In lieu of flowers, Leo would have appreciated donations made to the Fisher House-WPB, 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410.
