Philip D. Handy Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Philip D. Handy of Rockland, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 29, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Handy and Helen Handy; his wife Susanne Handy (Fluitt); his siblings, Nancy Handy of Foxborough and Paul Handy of Framingham; and also, Richard Handy, Robert Handy and Dottie Pearson.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer L. Handy of Rockland and Stephen K. E. Handy (Heather Fuller); and his grandchildren, Nina N. Handy of Amherst and Maeve L. Handy of Amherst.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sweeney Brothers Home For Funerals (1 Independence Ave, Quincy, MA 02169). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
