She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arthur C. Bliss and Isabel Hall Bliss; her grandparents, Isabel and Damon Hall; her children, John A. Safford (Deborah) of South Hamilton, MA and Jennie A. B. Meyer (James) of West Gloucester, MA; her grandchildren, Thomas, Matthew, Rosie Safford, Oliver, Delilah and Carl Meyer; her sister Susan Bliss Alden of Burlington, VT; her sibling's child John B. Alden (Deborah); her children, Julie A. May (David) and Holly A. Burns (Stephen); her cousins, Sarah Stedman Russell (Theodore, Sandra Sampson), David Sampson (Arlene) and Isabel Stedman; and her brothers-in-law, George Safford, Jr. and Peter D. Alden. She was also cherished by extended family and friends; a highlight of winter was the annual family and friends.
