It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean M. MacDougall of Roslindale, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 24, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James A. MacDougall; her son Stephen M. MacDougall; and her sister Doreen Finlaysen. She is survived by: her children, James A. MacDougall of Roslindale, Gary MacDougall (Linda) of East Bridgewater, John W. MacDougall (Kris MacDonald) of Quincy, Jean Freedman (Keith) of Roslindale and Freddy C. MacDougall of Martha's Vineyard; her grandchildren, Heather, James, Alex, Sean, Ryan, Adam, Justin, Shade and Keith; and her siblings, Florence Thompson, Mary MacDougall, Al Chisholm and Lorraine Massey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
