It is with great sadness that we announce the death of June L. (Fairbanks) Rio of Rutland, Massachusetts, born in Ware, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 29, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond "Red" Rio; her parents, Roslyn H. E. and Abigail E. Fairbanks (Boynton); her siblings, Roslyn Fairbanks, Evelyn Menard, George Fairbanks and Marion Thibeault; and her parents-in-law, Helen (Sullivan) and James Rio.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Megan, Amanda and Abigail; her great grandchildren, Natalie, Violet and Ambrose; and her daughters, Sally A. Blomgren (Barry) of Worcester, Nancy J. Rio of Rutland and Jolene E. Castellani (Tony) of Jefferson. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
