He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Louise Brown (Wilbur); his parents, Charles F. Brown and Florence J. Brown (Towne); his daughter Ann L. Taylor; and his sibling Robin Wagner.
He is survived by: his children, Marjorie J. Pratt of Sandwich, MA, Charles M. Brown (Valeri) of Sagamore, MA, Christine P. Colassi (Gary) of Madison, NH and Holly L. Twomey of Warwick, RI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
