He is survived by: his wife Mia A. Lee (Carroll); his parents, David F. Lee and Irene M. Lee (Atkinson) of Lynn; his son Corey J. Lee of Salem; and his brother Lynn Police Officer Mark E. (Lee). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to St. Mary's Men's Hockey Team 35 Tremont St., Lynn, MA 01901.
