He is survived by: his mother Reina Santiago of Danvers; his wife Mercy Hernandez (Lopez); his son Jean Hernandez of Salem; and his siblings, Angela Hernandez of Florida, Carlos Hernandez of Saugus, Maritza Hernandez of Revere, Marcy Rose of Salem, John Hernandez of Danvers and Mary Hernandez of New York.
