He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Levin and Lydia Ruth Levin (Simpson); and his wife Karen Levin. He is survived by: his children, Kristen (Mark Neifeld) of Tucson and Erik N. Levin of Freehold, NJ; and his grandson Malcolm Neifeld.
