He is survived by: his parent Margaret Kosek (Sentkowski); his daughters, Rosemary Fritz (John) of Salem and Darlene Palazzi; his grandchildren, Patrick Kealy, John Sullivan and Adam Fritz (Sabrina); his great grandchildren, Cole, Lily, Meadow and Jasmine; and his siblings, Rose Maria of Peabody, Stephan, Francis, Edwin and Joseph Kosek. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
